The parent or guardian must complete the enrollment form at our office and submit the required documents for provisional acceptance.
All new students are required to attend a mandatory 3-week evaluation course. This requirement is necessary to be fully accepted at PHIA.
After successfully completing the evaluation period, the student is fully accepted as a member of the PHIA community.
We do not wish to cause you delays or waste your time unnecessarily. Please verify with our staff to ensure you have all the necessary documents before visiting.
To complete the admission process, the following documents must be submitted:
Students from other countries must have their records authenticated by the nearest Panamanian Consulate or Embassy. Authenticated records must then be processed through Panama's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Education. Once all documents are received, the admission process can be finalized.
