01.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter, the "Terms") govern access to and use of the website colegiophia.com and its subdomains (hereinafter, the "Site"), owned by PANAMA HEIGHTS INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY INC (hereinafter, "PHIA," "the School," "we"), an entity with Tax ID (RUC) 670791-1-462755 DV 70, domiciled at Arraiján #14, La Cruz de Oro, Panamá Oeste, Republic of Panama.

Access to the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. If the user does not agree with any of them, they must refrain from using the Site.

02.Definitions

Site: The set of web pages accessible under the colegiophia.com domain and its subdomains.
User: Any natural or legal person who accesses, browses, or uses the Site.
Content: Texts, images, videos, trademarks, logos, designs, code, and any other material published on the Site.

Use of the Site does not grant the user any rights over the Content, except for viewing under the terms established herein.
